All prices listed are the starting prices, they are subject to change based on character complexity, material costs, labor, etc.

TERMS OF SERVICE

PAYMENT
Payment through CashApp and Zelle *ONLY*
Due to some platforms taking fees from payments, Cashapp and Zelle will be my only forms of payment at the time.♥ Upon confirmation of commissioning me, you are required to send a $600 USD down payment (for heads or partials) within the first two weeks. This is to buy all necessary materials to begin your commission.♥ After the first $600 USD down payment, you are required to pay the rest off within three months in any amount at any time. I want to be as accommodating as I can be to your financial needs.
Examples: $150 every week
$300 payment every two weeks
$550 payment once a month
NOTE: You need to communicate with me your payment plan and your timeline right before, or right after your down payment. If at any time there are changes to your payment plan process, notify me immediately. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED
COMMISSIONING
YOU MUST BE 18 OR OLDER TO COMMISSION ME

I do not work with minors on fursuits, I apologize.
♥ In order to commission me, you will need the following information readily:
➤ A reference sheet of your desired character that has a clear front profile, back profile, and side profile if need be. It must be a digital unshaded reference sheet. It must include all colors of your character including mouth colors (tongue, gums, teeth) and eye colors that are displayed clearly. Giving an accurate reference sheet is the commissioners responsibility
➤ Head measurements that include the circumference of your head and face length (guide below). Giving accurate measurements is the commissioner's responsibility.
COMPLETION
♥ Completion process speed is determined by how fast you reply! Over the course of your commission it may take 2-6 months, with many updates and confirmation photos/videos being sent to you for feedback. Responding as soon as you are available will allow me to continue working.♥ If you are unable to make payments at anytime, your commission will be paused until payment resumes. If you are unable to make any payments to continue your commission process, or if you back out after being chosen for a commission slot, the following will happen accordingly:
➤ Commission piece will be redone to resemble a different character and will be sold off (you will not be allowed to purchase)
➤ Black listed for future open commissions (will be removed after one commission round.)
➤ REFUNDS ARE NOT PROVIDED♥ Your understanding and patience is greatly appreciated. Other hindering completion factors may include but are not limited to:
➤ Delay in materials
➤ Work obligations
➤ School obligations
➤ Family obligations
➤ Health factors
SHIPPING
All prices and quotes are givin without the cost of shipping
I do not give shipping quotes until the commission is fully complete
Shipping company websites may be inaccurate to what is priced in store. Please be prepared for additional costs added to the shipping price. I will always do my best to give an accurate shipping cost
♥ If the shipping cost is more than the quote given online, it is the commissioners responsiblitly to pay the rest
♥ I can ship to U.S. and Canada!♥ Shipping price will be calculated after completion of your commission, and is the commissioners responsibility to pay.♥ the commissioner is required to pay/provide shipping costs within 2-4 weeks♥ All shipment will be sent through FedEx
♥ Commission pieces will always be packaged in an appropriately measured box, and packed securely by me.
I am not responsible nor will provide refunds for the following:
➤ Lost packages
➤ Stolen packages
➤ Damaged packagesI sincerely apologize for any damages that happen to your package in transit. I am not linked in any way to FedEx, UPS, USPS, or the Post Office in any way, therefore can not take responsibility for lost or damage packages.

I own a Doodle (Poodle/Golden Retriever dog breed) that is frequently with me in my work space. I do my very best to sanitize and lint roll all products before shipping, but can not guarantee a pet hair/dander free environment.
